What is Raw food?
 

 
Raw foods are uncooked (or cooked at low temperatures) or unprocessed foods, it is food that has not been subject to being pasteurized, homogenized or produced with pesticides, chemical fertilizers and food additives. 

 
How can Raw Food help you? 

  

Eating raw foods can have amazing benefits on your body both physically and mentally as the enzymes remain in food which is not cooked & increased nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, fiber and plant phytochemical will rejuvenate you giving you increased energy levels. It will help you look more youthful, improving skin appearance, can help with weight loss and the reduction of many diseases. It is believed that a raw food diet is the most healthful diet for humans as a whole. 

  

Our Raw food Workshop 

  

We offer raw food workshops which can teach you how to use these raw foods and what foods to eat. 
Learn how to use a dehydrator, Vitamix blender, processor juicer & spiralizer, all tools which will help you prepare raw food with ease.
 
All raw food prepared in our workshop is gluten, dairy and sugar free all the while still being delicious and full of nutrients. 

  

We provide individual lessons or bring 2-3 friends together for a small workshop
